Robert R. Harrell is Chief Executive Officer of Great Northern Energy, Inc. (“GNE”), the Joint Venture Partner of Rangeford Resources, Inc. Previously, Mr. Harrell enjoyed a 30 year professional oil and gas career with Mobil Corporation, Superior Oil and HP Associated, a company he founded. He graduated with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University and has an MBA from the University of New Orleans.

About Great Northern Energy

Great Northern Energy (GNE) is a privately held Dallas based oil and gas corporation with a focus on the acquisition and development of non-shale assets within the continental United States. GNE has assembled a significant base of assets and projects. Currently GNE produces over 300 gross barrels per day in oil and a large amount of natural gas from all projects combined. In 2013, the company expects to rework its existing wells and drill vertical and horizontal wells which will add over 1,000 barrels per day to these total values. There are over 200 wells in the project operational base in 8 counties. GNE holds some WI and ORR in most projects it operates.

The base case for oil in place on these trading properties exceeds 1,120 barrels per net acre foot as of this date. Coring of a new drilling well and analysis by Core Laboratories in early 2013 will confirm these numbers. Two new wells have been drilled to date and results are very promising. GNE holds over 4,000 net acres as of now, and is acquiring at least 7,000 additional acres over the coming months. The gross oil in place will exceed 150,000,000 barrels at that time. Recovery of oil in that acreage base will be assessed by a third party firm in early 2013.

A list of owners and principal employees is available on request. GNE fully covers land, legal, engineering, geology and field services with its central employees and staff. We have a very significant number of field services and resources to supplement all of our activity in drilling and production. Great Northern Energy is our operating partner and oil and gas operator with the Texas Railroad Commission.
